Girls Act is a global, girl-led program by AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) that empowers girls and young women to be healthy and thrive. The program builds leadership, confidence, and life skills, encouraging members to take charge of their health, engage with their communities, and become advocates for change.

We’ve come a long way with Girls Act Kanya Kranti!ย Recognized by AHF for our Menstrual Hygiene Day 2024 efforts, we’ve grown stronger with leadership trainings for 34 girls and 11 elected board members leading the way. As a diverse group of girls from marginalized communities, we stand united, supporting each other and our families through education, skills, and healthcare. Now, we’re including boys in our awareness trainings, believing inclusion sparks lasting change.
Girls Act empowers girls and young women to be leaders. Through mentorship, advocacy, and resources, it fosters confidence, breaks stigma, and inspires changeโbuilding a world where every girl can thrive.
