We regularly organize support group meetings for women, covering a wide range of important topics that impact their health, well-being, and daily lives. These meetings serve as safe spaces where women can openly discuss their concerns, share experiences, and learn from each other, fostering a sense of community and mutual support. By creating an environment of trust and respect, we encourage women to speak up about issues they might otherwise keep hidden, helping them feel heard and valued.

One of the key areas we focus on is menstrual hygiene, where we provide education on safe and hygienic practices, helping to break taboos and reduce health risks associated with menstruation. We also address critical health issues such as HIV/AIDS, raising awareness about prevention, testing, and treatment options, and working to reduce stigma around the disease. Additionally, we cover other health concerns like sexually transmitted infections, TB, cancer, and more, ensuring women have access to accurate information and resources for prevention and care.

In addition to health topics, we include sessions on antibiotic resistance, teaching women about the proper use of antibiotics and the dangers of misuse, which is crucial for preventing drug-resistant infections. These sessions help women understand when antibiotics are needed, how to complete prescribed courses, and why avoiding unnecessary use is essential for community health. By spreading this knowledge, we aim to contribute to global efforts to combat antibiotic resistance.

Digital literacy is another important component of our support group meetings, equipping women with basic skills to use mobile phones and access online information. This opens up new opportunities for communication, education, and economic participation, enabling women to connect with resources, markets, and networks that were previously out of reach. We also provide information on life and health insurance, helping women understand the benefits of financial protection and how to access these services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial security.

Furthermore, we educate women about government schemes and programs they may be eligible for, ensuring they can take advantage of available support. Lastly, we emphasize the importance of nutrition, guiding women on how to make healthier food choices for themselves and their families, contributing to better overall health and well-being. Through these comprehensive support group meetings, we aim to empower women with knowledge, skills, and confidence to improve their lives and communities.
