Learning in Action
Our Life Skill Education program started in 2023, tailored to empower children aged 7-17 in the Jahangirpuri slum. Our initiative equips these young individuals with essential life skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive. Initially, we began with 15 enthusiastic participants, expanding to support 150 children due to the program’s overwhelming popularity. In Jahangirpuri, weekend sessions remain a cornerstone of our program. Building on this success, we expanded to the Bharat Nagar and Azadpur training centers, engaging 30 children at each location from 1-3 pm, Monday to Friday, after school hours. Our sessions incorporate diverse, expert-developed modules. Additionally, we provide educational materials and refreshments, fostering the overall development and well-being of these deserving children.

Our initiatives
During our Life Skill Education program, we identified a critical gap in the children’s language skills, which was significantly hindering their overall empowerment. Despite attending school and tuition classes, their language proficiency was alarmingly poor. This realization prompted us to take immediate action.
To address this issue, we launched a specialized language program, offering 5-day classes after their regular school and tuition sessions. Our primary focus was not to replicate the school curriculum but to concentrate on developing their Hindi language skills, making it more accessible and enjoyable for them.

We are dedicated to bringing joy and support to children in need by collecting and donating essential items. Our donations include toys, educational items and clothes. These items are generously donated by various individuals, organizations, and communities. We collect, sort, and distribute them to children who need them most, making a positive impact on their lives.

A piggy bank is a thoughtful gift presented to children to introduce them to the fundamental concept of saving money.
As they fill their piggy bank with coins and bills, kids witness their savings grow, cultivating a sense of pride and accomplishment. This interactive, visual experience lays the groundwork for healthy financial habits, setting them up for a lifetime of smart money management.”
