C20 Integrated Holistic Health Summit

I was deeply honored to share my perspective as a Woman Social Entrepreneur Living with HIV at the C20 Integrated Holistic Health Summit, held from April 7-9, 2023, at Amrita Hospitals Convention Centre in Faridabad. This milestone event marked my first public speech, and I’m grateful for the platform to amplify our organization’s message and reach a wider audience.

My Journey

TTS India is a shining example of an organization that is truly dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of marginalized communities. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to share my own story with TTS India during the raw food distribution event at Azadpur, and I am honored to have been invited to share my experiences on their podcast. By sharing my personal journey and the work that I am doing, I hope to not only raise awareness but also to empower others to join me in advocating for the rights and dignity of marginalized communities.

With the support of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), we distributed raw food to 150 women and their families at our training center in Chowki No. 4, Azradpur. The distribution ceremony was graciously conducted by Hon’ble MLA, Shri Akhilesh Tripathi. Our Girls Act leaders took charge of coordination and documentation efforts, ensuring the success of this initiative.

Joy of Giving-Gifts to Children 2025

In a heartwarming display of kindness and generosity, Delhi Duty Free and Mitramela NGO came together to make the dreams of our 150 children a reality. Through their collaborative efforts, these deserving young ones received the gifts they had been longing for, carefully selected from their own wish lists. The joy and excitement on their faces as they unwrapped their presents was a testament to the profound impact of this initiative.

Ujjwal Bharat News has established itself as a responsible and socially conscious media outlet, by providing a platform for marginalized voices to be heard. In my case, when they learned about my personal story through a mutual acquaintance, they approached me with the opportunity to share my experiences and insights as a woman living with HIV. I was invited to provide an interview, which allowed me to open up about my journey, from the challenges I faced to the triumphs I’ve achieved as the founder of an organization dedicated to supporting others like me.

Their support is invaluable in helping us create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of girls and women everywhere.

Menstrual Hygiene Day 2024

On May 26, 2024, a memorable event commemorating Menstrual Hygiene/Health Day was successfully organized at Dilli Haat INA, Delhi. This impactful initiative specifically aimed to enhance menstrual hygiene management (MHM) among girls and young women, while also engaging boys and young men in promoting a supportive environment. By encouraging boys and young men to become allies, rather than perpetrators of bullying, we strive to create a society where girls and women can manage their menstruation with dignity and confidence.

The event received extensive media coverage, which played a pivotal role in amplifying our message and reaching a broader audience.
